Job summary

Helius Technologies in Singapore is looking for an HR Administrator to manage employee life cycle events and maintain accurate records. You will coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing HR transactions, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Hiring managers, and HR specialists to ensure service alignment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with relevant experience in managing employee life cycle events relating to pre, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
• Possess a risk mindset in keeping information confidential.
