Job summary

Helius Technologies in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin to manage employee lifecycle events including pre-employment, onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate employee records.

You will work with Talent Acquisition, Hiring managers, HR partners, and employees to ensure timely HR transactional services, and contribute to continuous improvements of HCM processes and systems. Degree in HR or related field required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
• Possess a risk mindset in keeping information confidential.

• Participate in adhoc projects where opportunity arises.
