Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support HR operations and the employee lifecycle in Singapore. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and business teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of processes, documentation and advisory support in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding and employee administration, along with supporting performance management, learning and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations with Singapore employment regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in energy, financial services, or multinational environments preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our client is an established global organisation headquartered in Singapore. It is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, while contributing to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Responsibilities

You will support end-to-end HR operations, with a focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding and employee administration. Working closely with HR stakeholders and business teams, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR processes, employee documentation and day-to-day advisory support, in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You will also support performance management, learning and employee engagement initiatives, while contributing to HR systems implementation, process improvements and broader HR projects to strengthen operational effectiveness.

Requirements

You are an experienced HR operations professional with a sound understanding of Singapore employment regulations and employee lifecycle processes, ideally gained within energy or financial services sector, or a structured multinational environment. You possess strong administrative rigour, attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Resourceful, adaptable and service-oriented, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing competing priorities. You bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills, alongside an interest in leveraging HR technology and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
