Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail and corporate roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure the best fit for the company
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives
  • Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and participation in career fairs and recruitment events.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate smooth onboarding processes including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup.
  • Ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance processes, and final documentation.

HR Administration & Support

  • Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and employment contracts.

Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as welcome programs, internal newsletters, and recognition events.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and employees to resolve queries and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labour laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in developing and updating recruitment-related policies and procedures.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and identify training needs.
