Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail and corporate roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure the best fit for the company
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and participation in career fairs and recruitment events.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate smooth onboarding processes including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup.
- Ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance processes, and final documentation.
HR Administration & Support
- Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and employment contracts.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as welcome programs, internal newsletters, and recognition events.
- Act as a liaison between HR and employees to resolve queries and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labour laws and internal policies.
- Assist in developing and updating recruitment-related policies and procedures.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Support performance appraisal processes and identify training needs.
