Position Overview

The Human Resource Executive will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and practices. This role also includes planning and organizing internal company events to foster a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth orientation process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Foster positive relationships between management and staff to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) like InfoTech
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in event planning or coordination is an added advantage.
