Job Description:
  • Handle end-to-end work pass applications, including submission, follow-ups, renewals, and compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and track all employee training programs and development activities.
  • Oversee staff dormitory operations, including room allocation and facility maintenance.
  • Administer employee leave records and ensure accurate, timely updates in HR systems.
  • Support daily HR operations such as documentation, reporting, and employee queries.
  • Assist in organizing staff welfare initiatives and company engagement activities.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and assignments as required by management.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience in handling work pass applications process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compensation:

Working location: Central
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4.45pm / 8.30am to 5.15pm
