As an HSE&F Manager your focus will be to build and sustain the performance of the facility equipment with minimal disruptions to operations in terms of equipment efficiency. Implement new processes or methods in strengthening HSE principles within the plant and meet targeted HSE&F metrics

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and Implementing HSE Programs; Creating and rolling out policies, procedures, and training programs related to health, safety, and environmental protection based on Honeywell policies.
  • Risk Management; Identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing control measures to mitigate risks.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents, near misses, and other incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
  • Compliance; Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental local laws and regulation.
  • Training and Awareness; Providing HSE training to employees and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Auditing and Monitoring; Conducting audits of HSE&F systems and performance, identifying areas for improvement, and tracking progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement; Collaborating with various stakeholders, including management, employees, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to promote HSE
  • Equipment Efficiency and Reliability; Ensuring that all plant equipment and building are in proper maintenance and sustainment
Key Experience & Capabilities
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or its equivalent.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ working experience in HSE&F roles.
  • Initiated, analytical and motivated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices: Including local and international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standard
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: To identify hazards, assess risks, and develop solution
  • Leadership and management skills: To lead and motivate teams, and drive change.
  • Good knowledge and experienced in one or more of the following processes preferred: Chemical Cleaning, Welding, Assembly, NDT (FPI)
  • Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor will be advantageous
  • Practical proficiency in relevant HSE software and tools: For data analysis, reporting, and management
  • Valid WSHO registration with MOM
  • Registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF
  • Competency in Management of Hazardous Substances from an WSQ accreditation Training Provider
