Ensure the proper and safe functioning of the site, while performing facility planning, overseeing construction, re‑modelling, and repair of facilities. Work to monitor and improve energy saving and reduce environmental impact in the new environment and sustainable growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define, implement, promote and maintain the company or site’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy in compliance with regulations and group standards.
- Lead and coordinate HSE teams or representatives, ensuring development and upskilling of all team members.
- Foster employee engagement on HSE topics in alignment with company and group objectives.
- Support business strategy through HSE actions, implementing appropriate initiatives.
- Drive key HSE performance indicators and report regularly to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal HSE rules and participate in relevant network meetings.
- Own HSE roadmap, translate it into operational objectives, and ensure successful execution.
- Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks related to personnel safety, facility security, and environmental compliance.
- Lead the implementation and management of the HSE management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
- Manage risk assessment, prevention, incident investigation, and corrective/preventive action planning.
- Conduct regulatory watch, keep documentation up to date, prepare for audits and certifications.
- Manage safety training programs, awareness campaigns, and mentor HSE representatives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations, maintenance, vendor management, preventive maintenance, and space planning.
- Collaborate with building owner on repairs of structure defects, air‑conditioning, power supply, and lift operations.
- Handle energy management, liaise with utility providers, and coordinate energy efficiency initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Trained or certified WSH Safety Officer.
- At least 5 years of experience in EHS, with training & audit experience, preferably in aerospace.
- Knowledge of LEAN methodology and EHS standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, results‑oriented, problem‑solving, statistical analysis and HSE reporting.
- Highly dynamic, well‑organized, able to operate effectively under pressure and manage crisis and emergency planning.
