Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a senior HRIS and workplace transformation lead responsible for driving system implementations, process automation, data integrity, and digital workforce solutions.

You will partner with HR, IT, vendors and stakeholders to optimize HR technology, manage gig workforce platforms, and deliver change management, training and stakeholder engagement to ensure user adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of HRIS and workforce transformation experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and UKG Virtual Roster.
• Experience with AI technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS projects including procurement and implementation.
• Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and remediate via technology.
• Collaborate with vendors, HR, IT and stakeholders on optimization and change management.
• Manage HR systems support, requests, and ensure high-quality service.
• Drive data integrity and audit HRIS data; implement improvements.
• Oversee workplace transformation projects for gig workers and contingent talent platforms.
• Promote adoption of innovative workforce models and platforms.
• Manage digital platforms that source, onboard and track gig workers.
