HR Tech Transformation Lead (System & AI)

Job summary

IPOS International in Singapore seeks an HR System & Digitalisation Lead on a 2-year contract to transform the HR system and payroll operating model, and to drive HR digitalisation and AI adoption. You will independently lead the full transformation lifecycle from requirements to go-live and stabilisation.

The role requires strategic, hands-on leadership and extensive experience in HR technology, procurement, and change management to deliver scalable, efficient HR services and analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years in HR systems, HR technology, HR operations or digital transformation.
• 4–5 years hands-on leading HRIS implementation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Strong experience in procurement and tender management, including requirements and award.
• Public-sector experience and governance familiarity is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of HR systems, payroll and lifecycle processes, including in-house vs outsourced models.
• Experience in data migration, system integration, UAT, vendor management and change management.
• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, process automation and HR digitalisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR system and payroll operating model review.
• Define requirements and manage tender/procurement process for HR solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end system implementation, data migration, integration and UAT.
• Plan and manage UAT, test scenarios and cutover to go-live.
• Drive change management, training, adoption and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Develop and execute HR digitalisation and AI roadmap with practical solutions.
