Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, HR, Engineering, Business, or Science.
At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably with HRIS exposure.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication across audiences.
Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and lead User Acceptance Testing for HRIS rollouts.
Liaise with vendors and Synapxe to ensure timely issue resolution and successful deployments.
Build digital capabilities through training, including the SingHealth HRIS Induction Programme, and maintain eLearning content.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes for better user experience.
