Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic HR technology leader to direct the strategy, governance, and execution of the HR technology landscape. You will champion AI initiatives, analytics, and data-driven decision making across the employee lifecycle, and partner with business leaders to optimise HR operations and employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, CS, Business Admin, or related field.
Master’s degree or certifications in HR tech, analytics, cloud platforms, or AI are advantageous.
Minimum 15 years in HR technology, with 5–8 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead the HR technology roadmap aligned with organisational objectives and workforce strategy.
Govern HR systems including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Learning, Compensation, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and Employee Self-Service platforms.
Drive HR digital transformation to simplify, standardise, redesign, and automate HR processes and workflows.
Develop and execute the HR AI strategy and roadmap to support business transformation and HR service delivery.
Lead workforce analytics, reporting, and dashboards to inform workforce planning and decisions.
