Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a senior HRIS and workplace transformation lead responsible for driving system implementations, process automation, data integrity, and digital workforce solutions.

You will partner with HR, IT, vendors and stakeholders to optimize HR technology, manage gig workforce platforms, and deliver change management, training and stakeholder engagement to ensure user adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of HRIS and workforce transformation experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and UKG Virtual Roster.
• Experience with AI technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS projects including procurement and implementation.

Job description

This role leads HRIS and workplace transformation initiatives, driving system implementation, process automation, data integrity, and digital workforce solutions. It partners with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to optimise HR technology and enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead HRIS related projects including systems procurement and implementation
• Identify areas of inefficiencies in the areas of HR processes, integrations, and data loads and remediate them using technology
• Collaborate closely with vendors, HR functional teams, IT and other business stakeholders on system related process optimization, automation, updates, trainings, communications and change management
• Support and lead the team in managing HR systems support & administration, including day-to-day issue resolution, system enhancement requests, change requests and ensure delivery of high-quality service to end users and stakeholders
• Drive data integrity within HR systems and with other integrated systems; conduct and support audit of HRIS data, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions and process improvement
• Manage workplace transformation projects including delivering digital solutions that support flexible workforce models, match business with gig workers and facilitating access to freelance and project based talent
• Drive the adoption of innovative workforce models and platforms, including gig economy and contingent workforce solutions
• Oversee and manage digital platforms that source, engage, onboard, manage, deploy and track gig workers and contingent talent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business Administration with at least 7 years of experience in HRIS and workforce transformation roles.
• Functional experience in HRIS systems especially SuccessFactors, UKG Virtual Roster and use of AI technologies will be advantageous.
• Strong practical experience in supporting workplace transformation projects, such as implementing gig workforce management platforms and solutions.
• Excellent project management, change management, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
