Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a proactive Manager to lead workforce transformation initiatives and support an inclusive, high-performing culture in Singapore.

You will drive workforce planning, organizational change, talent transformation, and DEI programs in collaboration with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness and build future-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in workforce transformation, organizational development, change management, talent strategy, DEI, or human capital consulting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR leaders to develop and execute workforce transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives, including capability assessments, skills mapping, future workforce forecasting, and talent mobility programs.
• Identify workforce trends and emerging skill requirements to support digital transformation and business growth.
• Design and implement change management plans to facilitate workforce transitions and adoption of new operating models.
• Drive initiatives focused on workforce agility, productivity, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
• Utilize workforce analytics and insights to inform decision-making and measure transformation outcomes.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to build future-ready capabilities and reskilling programs.
• Study tourism industry trends that could impact workforce transformation and organizational development.
