Job summary

Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Manager to lead the planning, development, delivery and operations of Corporate IT solutions, with a focus on HR systems and corporate platforms.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enhancements, drive integration initiatives, and shape the HR systems transformation journey while ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in HR/enterprise IT and related domains (e.g. HR systems, integration, cloud platforms).
• Experience managing system integrations across full project lifecycle.
• Technical expertise in cloud-based integration architecture, tools, and best practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system roadmaps and implementation plans aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise platforms.
• Analyse business processes to identify gaps, integration challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to build strong business cases, factoring in system interoperability, ROI, and user impact.
• Partner internal technical teams and external vendors to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions, with clear success metrics.
• Lead end-to-end project, change, and system integration management activities to ensure that solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Oversee system operations, maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle renewal, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement for systems and processes to support business needs, ensuring alignment between systems, data, and workflows.
