A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an HRIS Analyst responsible for implementing and optimizing HRIS systems like Darwinbox. The role requires collaboration with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure operational efficiency. Ideal candidates are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in HR or IT, a minimum of 4 years of HRIS management experience, and hands-on knowledge of HR processes. Job description

HRIS Analyst will be involved in the implementation and optimization of Darwinbox. The role partners with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure the system supports operational needs and organizational strategy.

  • Lead HRIS implementation activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Administer the HRIS by managing user access, security, and system settings.
  • Ensure accurate, secure, and confidential management of employee master data.
  • Drive process improvements through system automation and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
  • Produce HR reports and analytics to support workforce planning and compliance.
  • Provide system support, troubleshooting, and training to HR and business users.
  • Liaise with vendors and IT on system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Key requirement/skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 b years’ experience in HRIS management.
  • Hands‑on involvement in at least one HRIS implementation project.
  • Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms (Super Admin level preferred), especially Darwinbox.
