Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join its Human Resource Development team. You will support administration, coordination and delivery of learning initiatives across connected hospitals, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations.

You will manage LMS operations, sponsorship processes and reporting, while driving process improvements through digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance employee learning experiences and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, Programme Administration or related HR functions.
• Meticulous, creative, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good project management skills with ability to multi-task across different functional groups.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel (Advanced) and Word (Intermediate).
• Experience in learning administration, sponsorship management, LMS administration or training operations would be advantageous.
• Experience within the healthcare sector would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital tools, automation solutions and AI applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for learning related enquiries and operational support, maintaining HRD records and driving process improvement.
• Prepare reports and updates to support operational and management needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of learning and development activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage digital tools, automation and AI to enhance efficiency.
• Administer LMS and other HRD platforms, manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Develop user guides, FAQs and knowledge resources for system adoption.
• Coordinate end-to-end administration of learning programmes, workshops and onboarding activities.
• Manage programme schedules, registrations, logistics, materials and communications.
• Support programme leads to deliver engaging learning experiences and track attendance and milestones.
• Coordinate with external training providers on operational matters.
• Support sponsorship and learning funding administration, track commitments and funding utilization.
• Compile and analyze learning data, prepare dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to process documentation, SOPs and workflow guides.
• Participate in system enhancements and operational improvement initiatives.
