Job summary

National Dental Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated L&D professional to support and execute initiatives that boost employee development, learning and engagement across the organisation. You will manage end-to-end training programmes, maintain training records, and oversee payments and grant submissions.

You will also assist with annual budget exercises and the biennial Employee Engagement Survey, collaborating with stakeholders to drive development outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification.
• 2 years’ relevant experience; public healthcare is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful professional to support and execute initiatives that enhance employee development, learning, and engagement across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to organisational success by supporting impactful development initiatives.

In this role, you will support Learning and Development initiatives to meet the developmental needs of departments. Your key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end process of training programmes, maintaining accurate training databases and records, and overseeing payment processing as well as training grant submissions. In addition, you will support the annual budgeting exercise and biennial Employee Engagement Survey.
