Job description

You will oversee and manage Human Resource Development functions, including supporting the design, implementation, and administration of learning and development initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a culture of continuous learning by managing training programmes, overseeing learning management systems, conducting learning needs analyses, and supporting leadership development initiatives to enhance organisational capability and employee performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in learning and development
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-motivated team player with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of training systems, programmes, resources, and instructional tools
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Power Automate for data management, reporting, process automation, and productivity enhancement will be advantageous
