Job summary

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, as part of its Human Resource Development (HRD) team, seeks a Manager to oversee learning operations, sponsorship administration and digital enablement across KTPH and YCH. You will lead a team, ensure governance, data accuracy and stakeholder‑centric service delivery.

The role emphasizes process improvement, system enhancements, and collaboration with IT and cluster stakeholders to optimise learning services and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Admin, Education or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, Learning Systems Administration or Programme Management.
• Meticulous, creative, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong project management with ability to multi-task across functions.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel (Advanced) and Word (Intermediate).
• Experience with learning systems, sponsorship administration or shared services is preferred.
• Healthcare sector experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Operations & Support Executives to meet objectives.
• Oversee workload, resource planning and service delivery standards in HRD.
• Govern learning systems, data integrity and governance.
• Drive adoption of digital learning solutions and system enhancements.
• Manage sponsorships, funding schemes and related governance.
• Develop dashboards, reports and workforce development metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement across learning operations and processes.
