Job summary

National Dental Centre of Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Learning & Development professional to support initiatives that enhance employee development, learning, and engagement across the organisation.

You will manage end-to-end training programmes, maintain training databases, oversee payment processing and training grant submissions, and assist with annual budgeting and the biennial Employee Engagement Survey to drive organisational success.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; public healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
