Job summary

NHG Health is seeking an experienced HR Reporting and Analytics professional to lead the HR reporting function within Group Human Resources. You will own statutory reporting to MOH, manpower reporting for senior leadership, and develop dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud to support workforce planning.

The role blends HR knowledge with hands-on technical skills in SAP SuccessFactors, SAC, Excel, Python or R, Power Automate, and AI-enabled productivity tools, ensuring data pipelines are reliable,

Qualifications

Degree in HR or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or related field.
Experience in the public healthcare sector is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in HR data management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR reporting and analytics, including management reporting and dashboards.
Coordinate with MOH, HRIS and vendors on reporting updates and logic changes.
Lead data extraction and validation from SAP SuccessFactors.
Develop and maintain dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud.
Provide workforce insights and actionable recommendations to leaders.
Ensure compliance with governance and reporting requirements.
