• 1–2 years in HR, admin, recruitment or tender roles.
• Interest in tender sourcing, recruitment and business development.
• Familiarity with online tendering platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source tender opportunities across platforms.
• Coordinate and prepare tender documents and submissions.
• Source candidates and manage job offers for tender projects.
• Maintain employee records and onboarding/offboarding.
• Prepare invoices and manage billing records.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
