Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled recruitment and tender coordinator to handle full-cycle recruitment, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews.

You will manage recruitment activities to meet clients' manpower needs, identify tender opportunities, prepare proposals and pricing, review specifications, and ensure timely, accurate tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience is required.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting manpower / staffing tenders.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and manpower requirements.
• Strong written communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination
• Manage recruitment activities to fulfil clients' manpower requirements
• Identify and source suitable manpower / staffing tender opportunities
• Prepare and coordinate tender proposals, quotations and supporting documents
• Review tender specifications, manpower requirements and submission criteria
• Prepare manpower costing, pricing proposals and budget breakdowns
• Liaise with internal departments and clients on recruitment and tender-related matters
• Ensure tender submissions are accurate, complete and submitted within deadlines
• Monitor tender status, follow up on results and assist with contract documentation when required
