Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a versatile professional to support tender sourcing, recruitment and HR administration. You will identify tender opportunities, source candidates, manage onboarding processes, and assist with billing and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR, recruitment or tender-related roles, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, recruitment or tender-related roles.
• Interest in tender sourcing, recruitment and business development.
• Familiarity with tendering platforms is a plus.
• Strong research, coordination and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Tender Sourcing & Coordination: Identify, search and source tender opportunities; review eligibility, deadlines and specs; prepare submission materials; monitor progress.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source qualified candidates; match qualifications; post ads; conduct phone interviews; shortlist and coordinate submissions to clients.
• HR & Administrative Support: Maintain employee records; onboarding and offboarding; general HR matters to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Billing & Other Duties: Prepare and issue invoices; maintain billing records; perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
