Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku is seeking a multifaceted coordinator to manage tender sourcing, recruitment, HR and administrative tasks in Singapore. The role is based in Tai Seng with monthly compensation ranging from S$2,800 to S$4,000.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, recruitment or tender-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Tender sourcing & coordination: identify opportunities, review requirements and prepare submissions.
• Recruitment & talent acquisition: source candidates, post ads, conduct phone screenings and coordinate submissions.
• HR & administrative support: manage records, onboarding/offboarding and general admin tasks.
• Billing & other duties: prepare invoices and maintain billing records.
