Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, onboarding and probation.

You will maintain accurate employee records, handle work pass applications, payroll data, and HR reporting, while supporting HRMS enhancements and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR, strong communication, confidentiality, and a proactive, independent mindset in a fast-paced, service‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist HR environment.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR statutory requirements.
• Exposure to payroll, HRMS, employee engagement, training or performance management is advantageous.
• Experience with Prosoft HRMS is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organisational abilities.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer administration.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation, movements and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
• Prepare employment letters for confirmations, promotions, transfers and salary adjustments.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Prepare HR reports and support HRMS enhancements and digitalisation initiatives.
• Review HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Provide general HR and employee administration support as required.
