Job summary

Tung Lok Millennium Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Officer/Executive to support recruitment activities in a fast-paced hospitality group. You will manage full recruitment cycle, source candidates across portals and agencies, coordinate with hiring managers, screen resumes, and assist with onboarding and payroll tasks.

The ideal candidate has relevant HR or business admin qualifications, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and recruit to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records, update hiring progress, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Assist in managing monthly payroll processing.
• Support onboarding and other HR administrative duties as required.
