Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in Singapore seeks a hands-on HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, oversee compensation and benefits, grants and employee relations across multiple entities. This role combines strategic oversight with practical delivery in a fast-paced hospitality group.

You will partner with managers to craft recruitment strategies, manage salary benchmarking and performance processes, and ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management, Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience with exposure to talent acquisition and C&B.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and work pass administration.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, career fairs, educational institutions and professional networks.
• Manage and strengthen employer branding to enhance talent attraction and market presence.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency, quality and processes.
• Oversee internship programmes, including coordination with educational institutions and tracking.
