Fuku in Singapore is seeking a proactive recruitment coordinator to draft and post job ads, engage candidates, and manage onboarding. You will partner with clients to understand manpower needs, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth placement process.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, target-driven performance, and readiness to work onsite, including weekends when rostered, with structured training and incentives to grow your career in business development.

Mansioni

• Draft and post job ads on social media and other recruitment platforms
• Find and engage candidates, members and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs and other channels
• Walk new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding
• Learn clients’ manpower needs, work schedules and requirements
• Pair candidates with suitable openings using our automated matching system
• Interview and evaluate candidates on job duties, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits and overall fit
• Nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients
• Keep in touch with candidates and clients so the hiring and placement process runs smoothly
• Strive to meet individual and team targets
