Job summary

Fuku is seeking a hands‑on Assistant HR Manager to lead the day‑to‑day HR function for Singapore and provide HR coordination for Malaysia. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll and performance management, while driving HR process improvements in a fast‑paced SME environment.

You will also extend finance administration support and oversee basic office operations, partnering with management to balance strategic and hands‑on execution with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an SME or fast‑growing business.
• Hands‑on HR generalist with experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and HR operations.
• Experience supervising or leading a small HR team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day HR operations for Singapore and support Malaysia HR requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, employee lifecycle, payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate with Finance for budget, cost control and invoices.
• Manage office administration and vendor relationships as needed.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure local compliance for Singapore and Malaysia.
