A leading HR services firm in Singapore seeks a Human Resources professional to manage recruitment, staffing, HR administration, and employee relations. The role involves coordinating onboarding, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws. Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
• Prepare and administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, and renewal or termination notices.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations where applicable.
• Process monthly payroll, staff claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
• Coordinate training programmes, course registrations, and training grant applications.
• Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and staff retention.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
