Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the HR Shared Services - Data Management Team. The role focuses on onboarding new hires, maintaining accurate HR data in myHR and related systems, and supporting ongoing data-related projects.

The successful candidate will handle confidential information, manage large datasets in Excel, and coordinate with Onboarding and In-Service teams during peak periods to ensure timely data updates and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR data entry, onboarding and data integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hire data accurately with complete documentation.
• Update staff data in myHR for transfers and changes.
• Process offboarding data updates for resignations.
• File documents per SLAs and maintain records.
• Support onboarding and in-service teams during peaks.
• Grant SharePoint access as needed and ensure accessibility.
• Cover colleagues' duties during leave to maintain operations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to support team objectives.
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity with high volumes.
• Use Excel to manage large datasets, perform lookups, ensure accuracy.
