Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the HR Shared Services – Data Management Team. The role focuses on accurate HR data management in myHR and related systems, across onboarding and in-service functions.

You will handle data entry for new hires, updates to staff data, and offboarding records, while ensuring SLAs are met. Proactivity and IT-savvy data handling are essential in this 12-month role based at One North, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage large volumes of HR data with strict confidentiality.
• Capable of meeting tight timelines and adapting to priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for new hires with all mandatory fields and documents.
• Assist In Service team updating staff data in myHR (Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure related documentation is filed according to SLAs.
• Provide support to Onboarding and In Service teams during peak periods.
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties for colleagues on leave to ensure continuity.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
