Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the HR Shared Services – Data Management Team across Onboarding and In Service functions. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of HR data in myHR and related systems.

Based at One North, this 12-month contract offers weekdays 8:30am–6:00pm (Fri 8:30–5:30). You will handle data entry, SLA-driven filing, and support peak periods while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• High-volume data handling with strict confidentiality.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for large datasets and lookups.
• Organized and proactive in identifying and resolving data issues.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for new hires ensuring all fields and documents are complete.
• Update staff data in myHR for transfers, redesignation, and contracts.
• Support offboarding data updates for resignations.
• File documentation according to SLAs.
• Assist onboarding and in-service teams during peaks.
• Grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties when colleagues are away to ensure continuity.
• Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned.
