Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Executive Assistant, HR (Data Management Team) in Singapore. The role focuses on data processing, documentation, filing, and HR data maintenance across onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.

The candidate will support both Onboarding and In-Service teams, manage high-volume data tasks, ensure confidentiality, and assist with SharePoint access and SLA-aligned filing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any relevant field.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume activities with strict data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• IT-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Organized, meticulous and proactive in identifying and resolving data-related issues.
• Experienced in SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Data Processing, Documentation & Filing.
• Data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are completed.
• Assist the In‑Service team in updating staff data in myHR (Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure all related documentation is properly P‑filed per SLAs.
• Provide support to Onboarding and In‑Service teams during peaks.
• Grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties for colleagues on leave to ensure continuity of operations.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
