Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join the HR Shared Services Data Management Team at One-North, Singapore. You will support onboarding and in-service HR data with accuracy and strict confidentiality, with SuccessFactors experience as a must.

The role involves data processing, data entry for new hires, and updating staff data in myHR, as well as supporting offboarding updates and ensuring all documents are properly filed according to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR data management and confidentiality.
• Experience with SuccessFactors required.
• Data entry and processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Data processing, documentation and filing of HR records.
• Data entry for new hires with complete mandatory fields.
• Update staff data in myHR (transfers, re-designation, contracts).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignations.
• Ensure documents are filed per SLAs.
• Provide onboarding and in-service team support during peaks.
• Grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties during colleagues' leave to ensure continuity.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
