Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the HR Shared Services – Data Management Team, covering Onboarding and In Service functions, ensuring accurate and timely HR data in myHR and related systems.

You will perform data entry for new hires, assist transfers and contract extensions, support offboarding, and ensure documentation is filed according to SLAs while providing coverage during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Handle high-volume HR data entry with strict confidentiality.
• Maintain data accuracy and timeliness across HR systems.
• Proactive in resolving data-related issues and ensuring SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed
• Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR (Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension, etc.)
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees
• Ensure all related documentation is properly filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Provide support to both Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required
• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
