Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the HR Shared Services – Data Management Team across Onboarding and In Service functions. The role ensures HR data accuracy, completeness and timeliness in myHR and related systems.

The position is based at One North, Singapore, with a 12-month duration extendable/convertible. Key responsibilities include data entry for new hires, updating staff data in myHR, offboarding data updates, and ensuring documents are filed per

Qualifications

• Experience handling large datasets with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain data integrity across HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for new hires and ensure all mandatory fields and documents are complete.
• Update staff data in myHR for transfers, re-designations, and contract extensions.
• Support offboarding data updates for resignations.
• Ensure all related documentation is filed according to SLAs.
• Provide support to Onboarding and In Service teams during peaks.
• Grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties for colleagues on leave to ensure continuity.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
