Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking a dynamic HR Services Executive to deliver high-quality HR support. This role requires handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to HR initiatives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and at least 3 years of HR experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical or construction industries. Essential skills include proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office, excellent communication, and organizational capabilities. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR in the pharmaceutical or construction industries.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct marketing tasks and be the first point of contact for client queries regarding HR matters.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and screening resumes.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and grievances.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and processes.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities and prepare documentation as needed.
