Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for permanent placements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels
• Present candidate profiles and advise clients on hiring decisions
• Deliver consistently against KPIs and client expectations
• Mentor junior associates and interns in recruitment best practices
