Job summary

Mr. Coconut in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle for retail operations, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offering and onboarding new hires.

You will handle all job advertisement postings, prepare Letters of Appointment, brief new joiners on LOA details and maintain employees’ files, with regular recruitment reports and occasional recruitment fairs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Min 1 year experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle for retail operational roles (screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offering and onboarding).
