Qualifications

• Experience in foreign worker payroll for 30–40 headcount.
• Knowledge of work pass processes and MOM portals required.
• Ability to coordinate mandatory training courses.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for foreign workers and verify clock-in/out records.
• Handle recruitment and work pass applications.
• Prepare IR21 submissions for cessation of employment.
• Coordinate with training agencies on safety courses.
• Prepare monthly HR and administrative reports.
• Assist in planning and organising company events.
• Provide general HR support as assigned.
