United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert for complex employee lifecycle processes and to partner with HR teams and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience.

You will ensure data accuracy across HR systems, support onboarding, background screening, and governance, and identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes to improve efficiency and risk management.

Formación

• Degree holder with 2–3 years of relevant HR Operations or Shared Services experience.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and data governance.
• Familiarity with MAS guidelines and HR risk/compliance is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for complex HR operational issues and drive resolutions with stakeholders.
• Partner with HR teams and vendors to deliver seamless employee lifecycle services.
• Ensure data integrity in HR systems and support reporting and governance.
• Support onboarding, background screening, and compliance with internal policies.
