Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/Business is required or preferred.
• Prior internship experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR operational support and ensure timely employee lifecycle activities in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Manage onboarding process, including background screenings, preparation and issuance of offer letters, employee declarations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate post-employment screening activities and escalate discrepancies identified in screening reports to the relevant HR Business Partners.
• Administer employee movement processes, including transfers, secondments, employment type conversions, re-employment, and cessations.
• Manage activities related to RNF for financial advisers, where applicable.
• Process work pass applications and renewals for employees and dependents.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in HR systems while ensuring data management standards.
• Ensure timely filing and secure maintenance of employee documentation.
• Respond promptly to employee and stakeholder enquiries.
• Provide administrative support for ex-employee reference checks.
• Participate in projects as assigned.
