You will manage employee records, vendor onboarding in SAP, process invoices, asset lifecycle, and office services, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Administration & Governance: Manage employee and contingent workforce processes, including onboarding, transfers, extensions, and offboarding.
• Procurement, Contract & Vendor Management: Manage procurement activities, such as PRs, POs, and compliance monitoring; coordinate vendor onboarding and vendor records in SAP and EAP.
• Financial Administration: Manage financial transactions and AP/GL uploads, ensuring accuracy and compliance; perform monthly reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Asset, Software & Technology Management: Manage the full lifecycle of departmental assets, from acquisition to disposal; administer software licenses; coordinate hardware refreshes.
• Accounts Payable, Invoice Management & Financial Controls: Oversee Goods Receipt and invoice verification to ensure timely payments; investigate discrepancies with vendors.
• Operational & Business Support: Coordinate office administration, facilities matters, courier services, and travel-related matters; manage shared mailbox inquiries.
