Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive HR Operations professional to manage daily HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, records, payroll and employee welfare in a Singapore-based role.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs, craft job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans while ensuring compliance with MOM and CPF requirements. Training coordination and record maintenance are also part of this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience with Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, develop job descriptions and implement recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements (MOM and CPF).
• Coordinate employee mandatory training and maintain training records.
