Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking an HR Operations professional to deliver end‑to‑end HR services for employees and managers. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, and HR system administration, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in HR Operations within banking or financial services, with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years in HR Operations, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, HR system administration, and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters and employment contracts.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP) with data entry for hires/transfers/promotions/terminations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance during the employee life-cycle (MOM work pass, renewals, cancellations).
• Conduct pre-employment and reference checks per bank policies.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to internal policies and data protection standards.
• Generate HR reports and support audits/regulatory compliance.
• Respond to HR queries and provide timely support to employees and managers.
• Support ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as required.
