Job Description

• Manage full-spectrum payroll (200 headcount), including salary, claims, benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and maintaining employee records.
• Handle blue-collar workforce matters, including mobilization, accommodation, and policy compliance.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, company events, and provide general HR administrative support.
