Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Executive to deliver employee services across the full life cycle, with emphasis on data quality and accurate reporting. The role requires meticulous data management and proactive stakeholder service.

You will work with Employee Services Partners, support onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, and audits, and help drive process improvements within HR operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business or a related discipline or above.
• Experience in HR operations, HR data management or HR administration; financial services experience is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with data handling and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, execute and deliver daily HR transactions professionally and within service standards.
• Maintain quality employee data in the HR system and promptly resolve data discrepancies.
• Support accurate HR data analytics and reporting.
• Respond to staff enquiries and work with Employee Services Partners and other HR teams to resolve service issues.
• Maintain dashboards and manage regular reporting to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in monitoring and processing claims and payments accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to address queries on claims and payments.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration and absence and payroll management.
• Contribute to periodic audit and compliance reviews by internal and external auditors.
• Support process improvements in HR operations.
